The FLC is a network of over 300 federal laboratories that fosters best practice
strategies for accelerating technologies from out of the labs and into the marketplace.

Each year the FLC is mandated to provide an Annual Report to the President and
Congress. The Report highlights the FLC’s continued commitment to supporting
economic development through American innovation and showcases the important
milestones, efforts, activities, and achievements the organization completed during
the fiscal year.
