DZ, a leading nuclear energy solutions provider, was struggling to meet its outage contract obligations due to a severe shortage of skilled craft workers.
The team decided to develop a branded mobile application called DZ JobLinX to attract and retain top talent, addressing the critical shortage of skilled craft workers in the nuclear industry.
After collaborating with the team, I designed the logo, based off of the parent company design and intuitive app pages that simplified the job search and application process for skilled craft workers, contributing to the overall goal of addressing the industry’s talent shortage.
