To address this, DZ launched a comprehensive values campaign designed to solidify its core principles and ensure consistent, values-driven decision-making across the growing organization. The campaign’s execution was multifaceted, featuring a digital values hub with resources and real-world examples, ‘Values in Action’ spotlights in internal communications celebrating employees who embody the core principles, and a peer recognition program anchored in the company’s values.
